1. Booking channels
Bookings can be requested by WhatsApp, phone, contact form and, soon, through an external booking platform. A booking will not be considered confirmed until the restaurant confirms it.
2. Required data
To manage a booking, we may ask for your name, phone number, email, date, time, number of guests and any relevant information such as allergies, intolerances, special needs or table preferences.
3. Punctuality and changes
Please inform us in advance of delays, changes in the number of guests or cancellations. The restaurant may reorganise the table if no notice is received and the booking cannot be held.
4. Groups and events
Group bookings may be subject to specific conditions, a set menu, deposit or their own cancellation policy. These conditions will be communicated before confirmation.
5. Menu, prices and availability
Menus, prices and dishes may change due to seasonality, product availability or operational reasons.
6. Allergies and intolerances
If you have any food allergy or intolerance, please inform us before confirming the booking and again before ordering. Traces or cross-contamination may exist in a working kitchen.
7. External platform
When the external online booking system is activated, use of that platform will also be subject to its own legal, privacy and operating terms.
